I sold my computer. How can I reset my license?
You can reset your license by going to the License Manager section of the website and putting in the email address you used to purchase Lasso and the license key. Click on 'Show activations' and then 'Remove' on any devices you want to deactivate.
Can I use Lasso on multiple computers?
Depending on your license, you can use Lasso on up to three devices that you own and use.
Why is the app not on the Mac App Store?
We decided not to put Lasso on the Mac App Store due to Apple's restrictions regarding the Accessibility API usage and sandbox requirements. These limitations would prevent us from providing the full functionality and seamless experience that our users expect. By distributing Lasso outside the Mac App Store, we can ensure that all features work as intended without compromise.
